In 2015 Dead Certain was translated by Vahid Rahbani into Farsi under the title 100 Percent. It was produced in Tehran the following year by Mohammad Quds and was directed by Morteza Ismail Kashi, with Setareh Pesyani and Houtan Shakiba in the lead roles.

The production has since been revived twice with the same cast, most recently for the 36th International Fayr Theatre Festval (2019) in Tehran where it received nominations in the Best Director, Best Actress and Best Actor categories with Setareh Pesyani winning for Best Actress.
